SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via different postal and courier services. Please give us 1 - 2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 6 - 10 business days+ for delivery. Some of our merchandise is an on demand product which is made specifically for you in order to limit bulk buying and maintain our efforts within the circular fashion and circular footwear models. These orders may take longer depending on which country you live in. International shipping varies and can take longer depending on the country you live in. Although orders are usually quicker then the above. Patience in these scenarios is appreciated. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, although please reach out to us if that does happen. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, first check your tracking number then please refer to the 'contact' info on this website.

Please note that you may have to pay import tax on your product depending on which country you are ordering too, so please check your governments import tax website before you order as there are no refunds.

General sustainability statement

Being Sustainable when making clothes and products is key! SHOEBOX is taking steps to make sure we're doing our part.

We run a limited amount of product and only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. We do however have some merchandise in store which we buy in small runs, although that is more of an expense to us it enables us to continue with avoiding textile waste as mentioned above. Our printing partner's state-of-the-art printing tech creates almost no waste waters and uses less energy especially when embroidery is being done. 

Information about printing tech and materials

Our clothing is printed with the direct-to-garment (DTG) or the HTV printing method. The printing tech we use is made with sustainability in mind, and our DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.

The inks we use for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals. We take care to dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines, so we’re not harming the environment.
